Flirty Friday Dance Cardio + Active Stretch
Let's Move-n-Groove-n-Sweat out the week and flirt with the weekend then actively Stretch it out, providing a full-body experience. In this virtual class, the first 30 minutes provide simple dance moves, fitness, and calisthenics combined to lift the heart rate, condition, and tone. The final 30 minutes actively stretch both the bigger and smaller muscle groups, releasing tension and creating more space throughout the body. Equipment needed: Supportive sneakers for cardio portion, mat and no shoes for stretch portion, and water!
