As a lifelong New Yorker and deep seeker who has traveled the globe to learn from the world’s great spiritual teachers, as well as being a renowned colon hydrotherapist, lymphatic-drainage therapist, holistic-health coach and founder of one of Manhattan’s top holistic cleansing centers, Arul goldMAN has been an integral part of NYC’s wellness scene for decades.
Arul closed her cleansing center SanaVita’s physical doors after 13 successful years and fell in love with taking daily virtual dance and pole classes during the pandemic, while contemplating her next move.
This experience paved a way for her next holistic studio to be created: PoleArity Palace, NYC’s new home for empowered sensual movement, pole dancing and a potent holistic suite of healing services.
Arul’s vision is to continue the journey of cleansing from a place of great curiosity and self-love paired with a variety of classes both playful and profound, inside of an authentic + inspired teacher and student community. While she still holds her other certifications, Arul’s current primary focus is using bio-energetic medicine, including NES biofeedback software, along with various other tools available at Polarity Palace to help people bridge the gap from the person they are today into the next best version of themselves. She has seen the resonance and results in her clients, herself and her family and is committed to sharing with as many like-minded individuals looking for their own personal transformation.
Arul and her beloved children Naturale and Seven reside happily together in their Lower East Side apartment, where all the magic happens.
