(MEG)

This dance class includes a Pilates-based sensual warm-up, original music/flow dance exercises, pole technique, and improvisational dancing. Particular emphasis is given to the music and movement connection and emotional expression. Perfect for those with little or no sensual movement experience.

Intermediate/Advenced Sensual Movement and Pole

(KARLA)

*Must have taken a minimum of 5 Sensual Movement and Pole classes*This 90-minute class allows the space for you to sink into the sensuality, strength and potency that is You. It includes a warm-up, strengthening with pole work and exploration and group or individual movement. This dance class includes a Pilates-based sensual warm-up, original music/flow dance exercises, pole technique, and improvisational dancing. Particular emphasis is given to the music and movement connection and emotional expression.

Virtual Open Level Embodied Odyssey

Who it’s for: Class is open to any level student including total beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

What to expect: This 90-minute virtual class combines a sensual movement warmup with an opportunity to be witnessed in movement by the class. The instructor will provide students with themes and assignments that expand their awareness of the connection between mind and body. Assignments may include learning a short, easy choreographed routine, movement flows, musical or clothing suggestions. All assignments are optional. Class material will be tailored to participants’ experience levels and needs. There is no pole dance instruction in this class.

Virtual Intermediate/Advanced Level Embodied Odyssey

Are you a long-time practitioner of embodied movement? This class is for you! Who it’s for: Class is open to Intermediate to Advanced level students – prior experience with an embodied movement practice is a prerequisite to join this class.  If you are not sure if this is you, please contact the studio directly to inquire. What to expect:  This 90-minute virtual class combines a sensual movement warmup with an opportunity to be witnessed in movement by the class. The instructor will provide students with themes and assignments that expand their awareness of the connection between mind and body. Assignments may include movement flows, musical or clothing suggestions. Students will have an opportunity to choose a song for their individual dance and receive affirming feedback from the instructor and class participants. All assignments are optional. Class material will be tailored to participants’ experience levels and needs.  There is no pole dance instruction in this class. What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement – yoga pants and a tank top are fine. Sensual attire is welcome.

Movement with Maggie

This sensual movement class guides the body, heart, and soul to align in bliss. It embodies a workout fused with Yoga, Barre, and Pilates for a complete mind-body experience. Pole flow exercises and improvisational movement for strength building and emotional release. Deep connection to breath is encouraged throughout the class to nurture organic fluidity. This class is suited for intermediate to advanced movers.
