Build & Release (Power Vinyasa)
This class is an Anasa-based practice that incorporates a variety of somatic modalities (pilates, calisthenics, primal/contemporary movement, and more) to give the body an hour of heat building and strength training juxtaposed with moments of deep release. Welcoming all levels, this practice invites you to not only tap into your power but also your ability to find freedom and ease within the body.
